Welcome to our new online Interactive Registration page.

All registration forms can now be found in the links below and all requests will be seamlessly progressed through the approval process once the request has begun on line.

There are three levels of access available:

Section Access – Provides access to submit results and view / download / troubleshoot reports for a single specified ‘Section’ for your lab code. Section Access users requiring access to more than 1 section will receive a separate username for each section required.

Lab Access – Full lab access allows users access to submit results and view / download / troubleshoot reports for all instruments & sections registered for your lab code.

Region Access – Region set up allows nominated users to view reports from all of the laboratories within the group. Provides access to view / download / troubleshoot reports for multiple labs within a region / group.

Information

Lab Code
A unique two or three letter identification code that appears on your reports and results sheets.

Lab Access
Provides full access to view and submit results for all instruments registered on your lab code. This access also allows the editing of the Lab Profile page.

Section Access
Provides access to view and submit results for a single specified ‘Section’. If access to more than one section is needed, a new user name will be created for each section.

Section Name
This only needs to be specified if ‘Section Access’ is requested. Please enter the name exactly as it appears online.

Head Of Department
This should preferably be the person registered with Weqas as your Head of Service / Department. For Section level access for a lab code covering a group of different health centres, authorisation can be provided by your practice manager or GP.

Region Access
Provides read-only access to multiple labs within a region / group.

Region Co-ordinator
This person is responsible for establishing the group and is the primary contact for the region / group. They will need to approve any requested changes that affect their region / group.

Security Update and Assurance: PHP Vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619)

Weqas is aware of the recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619.

We can confirm that Weqas Connect and Weqas Interactive are not affected, as these platforms do not utilize PHP. In addition, our brochure website hosting provider, WP Engine, implemented proactive security mitigations as soon as the vulnerabilities became known and has since applied the official PHP security patch.

Our review has identified no impact to Weqas services, participant data, or system availability. We will continue to monitor the situation as part of our ongoing commitment to information security.
