• Options under Ex Works (EXW) or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Terms of Delivery/Incoterms.
• If you have a custom notifying party, clearance party, or customs broker, EXW is the recommended choice for Terms of Delivery/Incoterms.

Bulk Non-UK Shipments

For those looking for a more economical and streamlined approach, bulk shipping offers several advantages:

• Fewer Customs Clearances – Instead of clearing customs for each individual shipment, bulk shipments reduce this frequency, saving time and administrative effort.
• Cost-Effectiveness – Consolidating multiple months’ supply into one shipment lowers per-unit shipping costs and reduces customs fees. Pricing depends on production schedules, batch sizes, and material stability.
• Operational Efficiency – Reduces the frequency of orders and logistics management, allowing for better planning and access to samples when you need them.

We provide:

• Economy Worldwide Service with estimated delivery in 2 working days. Non-guaranteed delivery times.
• Options under Ex Works (EXW) or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Terms of Delivery/Incoterms.
• If you have a custom notifying party, clearance party, or customs broker, EXW is the recommended choice for Terms of Delivery/Incoterms.
• Materials can be shipped on dry ice or -20°C ice packs, depending on country-specific regulations and requirements.

• If a batch extends beyond your current enrolment period, you will be responsible for all distributions sent in advance.

Courier Account

Weqas uses DHL as our primary courier partner for shipments, however we can use alternate couriers if required for your region. If you would prefer to use your own courier account, please provide the details when enrolling on your EQA programme(s), and we will coordinate accordingly.
