WEQAS UKAS Accredited to ISO 17043, 17025 and 15195
WEQAS is accredited to ISO 17043 and the Reference Laboratory is the only laboratory in the UK to have achieved accreditation of Medical Reference Laboratories against ISO 15195 in combination with ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Our most recent UKAS Surveillance visit was 11-15th February 2013. The Schedules of Accreditation for WEQAS Proficiency Testing and the Reference Laboratory are available to view from the UKAS website.

The WEQAS Discounted General Chemistry EQA Package and Blood Gas EQA scheme are available at the 2011 price. The discounted General Chemistry EQA package includes Mainline Chemistry, Lipids, Bilirubin and Salicylate, Paracetamol and Ethanol. Blood Gas EQA scheme offers one complete set of samples free of charge to every laboratory registered for ten sample sets.
